Last nite my phone was running slow so I turned it off and back on, now whenever I try to turn it on it just displays this message
"Bootloader
D2.35
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable"
Can anyone help?
Unfortunately your best bet at this point is going to be to call support.
You "might" be able to boot into recovery, but it doesn't sound good...
Try this.
With the power off -
Open the keyboard and hold down the "x" key. Power on the phone (keep the "x" key depressed).
Eventually you "might" see a Yield sign with an android. If you do that's good. Press the search key on the keyboard.
You'll get a menu. Use the volume up down buttons to click wipe data/factory reset and press the camera key to initiate the factory wipe.
