Network Problems

I currently got the Droid Incredible as a gift and it has been activated for more than 2 months now.  almost every other day i wont be able to make any phone calls or recieve any messages.  at first i thought it was because i just had no service but then a message popped up saying that there was a network error.  does this mean that i was disconnected from the serivce? i dialed *228 to reprogram my phone but that didnt work. does anyone know the answer to this madness?

Could be an outage in your area. I would try to call vzw and see whats up

 

You might want to do a master reset and set the phone back to factory standards and see if you are having the same issue. Could be the memory is used up.
