Did you hard reset the device before doing update because the main issue I have noticed is that since a update does not wipe personal data and retains settingsfrom the older code a problem comes from the information left over from update process, sometime a hard reset is a wise thing to consider to resolve these bugs..

Thanks to the community members for all your input regarding RacerGurl11's issue. I see from your post that many of the beginning trouble shooting steps have been performed, including a factory reset and your continuing to have issues. I'm sorry this is occurring because the camera on your phone is one of the most important features to use. I use mine every day because its convenient to save, and share with others, so I truly understand how you feel. I was unable to locate any known or reported issues with the camera on this device. If your phone is not damaged physically or by water and is still under the one-year manufacturers warranty, we can review the device and your account for replacement options. You can contact us via an alternate phone at 1-800-922-0204, at a corporate store location or via the Verizon wireless forum via private message.
Just as a reminder, always make sure the following are completed before performing a factory reset when trouble shooting device functionalities :
1) Power cycle
2) Battery pull (for this device, not for all devices)
3) Ensure software is updated
4) Clear cache and browser history
