New Charge - can't make a call-

I have a two day old Charge and can't make or receive calls.  Incoming calls go directly to voice mail and the error message on outgoing calls says "Network not available".  I am able to send and receive texts as well as emails.  Internet is working as well. 

 

Would appreciate any advice.  Thanks

Would also add that I have no bars - just a circle with a line through it.  Also the message 'Searching for Service' shows on my locked screen.

Sounds like a call to VZ tech support is in order.  Sorry to hear about the trouble with the new phone.  Perhaps they need to update the programming over the air.
