New Upgrade messed up my Droid

Hello,
I have recently had a system upgrade on my phone (2 days ago) and now my phone is freezing up and acting weird. My pull up notification bar continues to drop on its own/ my Google search will open on its own/ my touch would be off and or lagging/ and my phone would just not work all together. I have tried turning off my phone and removing the battery but it does not seem to help. Any suggestions?

Since you have performed a soft reset (battery pull) and issues continue, the next step would be to do a Hard Reset. Please follow instructions provided at the link below:
