New to Bionic and have some questions

I’m coming from the Droid Charge and am setting up my new Bionic.  Could someone answer 3 questions for me?

1. How do you change the number of screens?
2. The Bionic has fewer font size/style options than the Charge.  Is there a way to change that?
3. Choose the Dialer>and either Recent, Contacts or Favorites.  Now close the Dialer and choose it again.  By default, it will open to either Recent, Contacts or Favorites instead of the Dialer.  Is there a way to MAKE IT default to the dialer?  I know it’s kind of an odd question.  Just trying to reduce the number of buttons I'm pushing.

• Not a option unless you change lanchers to a 3rd party one like ADW or Launcher Pro..

• There should be a icon that is labeled Dialer in the app launcher, this is defaulted to the dialer only.

Thanks for the info Wildman!

EDIT:  You were right.  I figured the dialer out, "Long-press on a home screen, press "Shortcuts", tap "Dialer", tap "Dialer" again. You can replace the dock icon with this icon, if you wish, by dragging it into place." Inside the dialing app is the Dialer, Recent, Contacts and Favorites.  The Dialer icon defaults to whichever of these 4 was used last instead of defaulting to the dialer.  Not a big deal though.

Two final questions if you don't mind:

1. What app do you suggest for the FM radio on this phone?  It didn't come with one and I know nothing about FM radio apps.

2. Do you have a home screen switcher that will also allow you to set a default home screen.  The launcher I prefer is Go Launcher EX.  I used to use Home Switcher for Froyo to switch home sceens and set a default.  It doesn't allow me to set the default launcher on the Bionic though.
