First of all, I have only had my phone for a couple of days (love it!) so I am sure I am just missing something simple.
However, a couple hours ago I lost 3G signal entirely. I can't sync email, go to the market, etc.
Did I accidentally turn it off somehow? I have looked all over on the phone and I can't find anything.
Your help is appreciated. Thanks!

Update...
I spoke to tech support and they said my phone had switched in the system from "mobile device" to "unknown" - which is supposedly relatively common for new activations (less than two days so far for me).
So I had to pop the battery and everything was immediately back to normal again. I even listened to Pandora during lunch.
As an aside, I had no idea I could use Pandora without headphones - even better!

Losing your data signal can be many things, ranging from device issues to network issues. The first thing you should try is dial *228 option # 1 to reprogram, then perform a shutdown and a battery pull. From there you should maybe check a few phone settings. Try the following; Menu, Settings, Wireless and Networks, Mobile Networks, (make sure data is enabled, make sure data roaming is on, and system select is set to automatic). If all of these fails I would recommend calling 611 or 18009220204, but make sure it is not on that device. Option number three is for tech
I hope this helped
