They have restored my 4G, after spending 45-60 minutes on the phone with them last night, I have 4G back this morning. They did all the normal troubleshooting, and found that my device was having issues after the outage that happened the day before. What ever they did overnight fixed the issue, because it is fixed now. If you have no 4G, contact Verizon they should have you up and running again in 24 hours.

The Jacksonville, FL area is acting the same... 4G pops up for a bit the last couple days then goes away. It was rock solid the first couple weeks, but very iffy the last couple days. But even 3G has been bad here the last couple days. Beginning to wonder if the new iPhones are causing network issues (congestion, slowness, etc).

I still dont have it, been since yesterday morning. I have a tower right by myself that I was getting 3 bars of 4G. I have not called Verizon as of yet, hopefully they are getting ready to release the update soon. I bought this phone for 4G, and was only able to utilize it for three days. Is there any Support Reps on here? or are they just as much in the dark.

This is driving me nuts. I got the phone last week and it worked fine for a couple of days and now, despite airplane mode, restarts, battery pulls, etc, I haven't had 4g for 24 hours and had no data at all for 5 hours today in Dallas. It's been getting worse over the last couple of days, and it's pretty irksome as I'm trying to figure out if I want to keep this phone before the 14 days is up. Meanwhile my wife is sitting there with a perfect 3g signal on her DX.
And what really ticks me off is VZW's response tells us that airplane mode and restarts can fix it---but they don't. And we've got to wait til November before we'll figure out IF they can even fix it. With my luck, it'll probably only fix the phones that do work after a restart. Plus it's pretty annoying that I've got to pay for data service I barely have for a month before the "fix" shows up.
So much for those "So 45 seconds ago" commercials.

But, what can we do?

Mine's back this morning as well (without any calls to customer service). I'll be cautiously optimistic until it sticks for a few days since it's been sporadic.
