I am having the same problem. Verizon told me that phone was set up and ready to use. Now I am in Europe with no phone and no way to call customer service. Ready to drop Verizon when I return to the States. I can't get anyone on the chat service. The customer service is ridiculous when I think about how much I spend with Verizon every month. Any way to activate a phone when you are overseas?
