No longer Download pictures in messages

For some reason I can no longer get picture messages.  I have reset the phone and tried to re-download them with no luck.

I continually get the following error "message not downloaded".  I have 3G coverage and have tried in several different locations.

 

This worked fine until a few weeks ago.  May have been since I updated to version 2.2?  Messages are coming from Droid Eros phone to Droid Motoroloa from the same family plan

 

Help!

I have not ran into that issue. I have gotten several from wife (same plan) and family (mostly sprint).

Does it work with wifi??? Maybe a local network issue (your area?)

No it does not work with WI-Fi.  I am able to send pictures to my family fine I just can't accept them and they are all Verizon users.
