Today I went to Maryland with my family to have a nice vacation. I tried to go on the web at a subway bt i couldn't. So I thought that something was temporarily wrong and will soon be fixed. Its been about 13 hours and Im back home now. I can only use the Internet because of Wi-Fi. If i turn it off then the 3g network does NOT turn on and I cannot use mobile web, market, or anything. I also cannot send any picture messages. I've checked my phone status and it says ive been "Disconnected" from the mobile web. Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can fix it? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
I have the same issue and tried a reset and now my phone does not work correctly
I'm assuming you have already attempted a battery pull? If not I am afraid the only option that I am aware of is to take it to a Verizon store for reactivation considering you don't have phone access to do *228. I am sure some other folks around here may have some other ideas.
