No one can hear me unless I hit speaker phone button

My phone just decided to stop working properly yesterday.  When I make or receive calls, no one can hear me unless I hit the spearkerphone button.  If I do that they can hear me fine.  Any suggestions?  I need my phone to work!  This is so irritating.  I did a factory reset and that did nothing.

I have the EXACT same problem! It started just a few days ago, around when you posted. Please help us with this problem!

Let me help you end the irritation aspickwick! I would like to ask you a few questions. Is your volume issue affecting other sounds such as music, your browser or apps?
