When I read my email (gmail account) on my droid phone, I used to be able to scroll down to the bottom of the message and I had several options of what to do with the message, like I could "Forward" it to someone else or "Reply", that feature seems to have disappeared the past couple of weeks and now I cannot do anything with emails I read on my phone other than to read or delete them.
HELP !
I also can't seem to be able to email verizon customer service for help, it just refers me to FAQ page, no email address! Very frustrating.
Using the GMail app on Droid, while reading an email you will see a widget to the right of the return address displaying a star, return arrow, and triangle. Pressing the return arrow will entry 'reply' mode. Pressing the triangle will display where you can star, reply, reply all, or forward the email.

HTH has the way to go on this one. I had to figure that one out for myself, but seeing as we only have a few options on the screen when we are reading an email, it was pretty easy to figure out and now I do it out of habit.
