All of a sudden, there is no sound from the caller or me making a call to someone. the only way I can hear the person is if they are on speaker function. Help!
I also experieinced this 1 time in the 6 months I've had this phone. Powered off/on and it hasn't occured since. (I power off my phone every night though.)
