Not receiving Texts

Not receiving texts on this phone, I turned it off and then back on - got a message saying "one or more of your locations are turned on." Received texts all last night, didn't change any setttings and this morning I couldnt' receive anything. Called support and they said to take the battery out. Already did this.... Please help!

I'm sure I can help get the text messaging working properly! Power cycle and a battery pull are great first steps to take.

Are you aware of anyone else in the area with the same issue? Have you any issue with picture messaging? I know you haven't changed any settings, are you using a 3rd party application for messaging?

I am having the same exact problem as this person. I took it toverizon and theyreset everything, took thebattery out and then I went back the next day and they said all incredibles are not receiving texts. My mom lives about 15 miles away and gets texts with the same exact phone, maybe it is just in my area. Is there any way you might be able to fix it, This all happened after I updated my phone, before that everything worked perfect.

My phone started doing the exact same thing today. I can't send/recieve texts or phone calls. There was an error message that said "SMS ERROR. Cause Code: 64 Error Class: 2". I have already taken out battery and dialed *228. NOTHING.

I have the same problem today with my iphone
