My Samsung Fascinate works fine except 2 days ago, it stopped receiving text messages from certain numbers. It still gets texts from other numbers but not from 3 phone numbers. I never blocked them but how do I find out if Verizon is blocking them? The blocked numbers can still send messages to other phones but not mine... ...very strange.
Who do I get to look into this?

My next steps will be to review your account and see how to your text message feature is programmed into our system. Also, if you could please include in the PM the 3 numbers you are not receiving messages from. Thanks.
