Not recieving automated texts from SMS marketing campaigns.

I just purchased a Droid Incredible, and so far the only issue I'm having is that I do not receive texts back from 5 digit short codes (for example, text the word SAMPLE to 12345). On every other phone I've used I instantly get a response, but with the incredible I've tried with multiple short codes to no avail. Its works fine when sending with standard 10 digit phone numbers to other people. Does anyone know of a solution or reason behind this?!

I am having the same problems where I am not receiving automated messages to my Droid from my dentist through SMile Reminder or if I do they are all messed up. How were they able to fix the problem for you? This is very frustrating. Here is an example...it completely left out the message! HELP!
