Notification repeat....Droid X repeats "VERIZON WIRELESS"!

Question

I've had my Droid X for 1 week. I'm pleased with the phone except for one VERY irritating thing...it repeats VERIZON WIRELESS whenever I place or receive a call.  I've changed ringtones and notification settings but nothing seems to fix it.  Any suggestions???  Hopefully, this can be remedied without me having to return the phone which would be a big inconvenience.

Under the "Sound" settings, is anything like "call connect" or "Roaming tone" checked? I know you said you checked the notifications settings, but just double-check these settings.
