I ORDERED MY DROID X ON 8/19 AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PHONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY COULDN'T TRACK MY ORDER AND I WANT MY PHONE

Maybe the broken Cap Locks key is scaring away the delivery person.  I mean seriously, do all your posts have to be in Caps?

Ok, back to the subject at hand.  Call and ask about your order, if the first person does not know the answer, keep asking for another person until someone has an answer.  If you ordered it from a VZW Store, you may have to check with them.

Also, a side note:  I did notice Target and Walmart Stores are carrying these phones.  My local Target had 10 phones in stock when I asked the on-site Rep.

I would check with Verizon to make sure the order was processed properly.  Don't understand why you haven't recieved your phone. I ordered mine 8/26 and got it yesterday.

Same problem happened to me ordered Phone salesman said it would be 7 days didnt get it for a month called Verizon they said he should of told me it was on backorder. Dont hold your breath!

Shipped: 9/4

Received: 9/8

I ordered my Droid X online, shortly after I received a email stating that my order did not go through because of my billing zip code. I called customer service they processed my order over the phone. The representative said that it would be shipped to me 9/4 but I would not receive it until after the holiday. I was totally shocked because when I ordered it, the phone was on back order until 9/17. I live in San Diego and read forums about west coast getting their phones faster..Well I got it in 2 business days! WOW! Oh, I did not receive any tracking info and when I "check my order status" it still shows that my phone has not been shipped! Hope you guys get your phone soon!!!
