Did you upgrade from a feature phone using mobile email to the Bionic.
OZMAIL messages are the way that mobile email was alerted that you had new email. The mobile email program would intercept the text so that you would never see it. The mobile email app would then let you know that you had a new email waiting.
You need to call customer service *611 to have this stopped. Replying "stop" to the text will not stop this from happening. CS has to do it. Happened to me when I went from mobile email to a smartphone.

I called customer service 5 or 6 different times. The fist few times the representatives acted like I was stupid and imagining it. They acted like it wasn't really happening. They had no clue what I was talking about. Finally I talked to someone that knew what I was talking about. She said she stopped the messages BUT THEY HAVE NOT STOPPED! The messages are back to back and come 9 or 10 at the same time. Also I would like to say I have had the DX , Incredible and Iphone and never had a problem with ozmail. My sister and I both have the Droid Charge now. My sister used to get up to 30 a day. So good luck with trying to get them to stop coming to your phone.

Hi Michelle4439,
I do understand how frustrating this can be. In my research, I found a thread in the forum that resolved the issue with OZMAIL. Please review it here:
After trying the steps listed at the top of the page, please post back with your results.
Thank you!

I don't have any of my previous phones. I have sold them so my information is not in my previous phones.
