I downloaded an app from google onto my desktop called Google Calendar Sync which syncs my Office 2010 calendar with Google Calendar. I have my Droid X automatically sync with Google Calendar. Works both ways, items I input onto my phone are automatically inserted into my desktop calendar, and items I put on my desktop are automatically inserted into my Droid X calendar. Nothing to do after it is setup, which takes all of about 1 min.
