Oh...And another thing! A Verizon Issue.

Please be aware that you all only have 14 days to return your Samsung back to Verizon. After I was with them for more than 15 years, they decided to change their contract in January of 2011 from the 30-day deal. So, of course, I being their pride and joy of customers have absolutely no clout in trying to return my device for a similar device after 17 days... ugg.

The 14 day policy has been in effect for a number of years. I guess you have a very old phone. :smileywink:

It was a 30 days return period for phones and smartphones until January of 2011. Then it changed to 14 days.

Weird, because I was last with Verizon about 3 years ago and I seem to recall it was 14 days back then.

We do have a 14 day return policy. This has been in place since January 2011. We had a promotion period of time where it was 30-days.

The 14-day return policy is discussed and accepted at the time of purchase.
