I'm buying the droid...
Are there any benefits to ordering online as opposed to going to a verizon store? I'll be using my new every two upgrade, but there is usually a discount for online orders.
if you buy online you will have to wait for them to ship it too you plus the added fear that the box is going to go through H- E-Double Hockey Sticks.
if you go to the store you might have to wait until one is avail. Best buy had pre-orders and those people get the first shot at the Droids before they start selling to the general public.
so i say you have a problem here
If you buy at Best Buy or Online you buy it for $199 with new 2 year contract you have to pay sales tax at Best buy no sales tax online. If you buy it at a Verizon Store you pay $299 plus sales tax then you wait 4 to 6 weeks for a rebate card to come in the mail after you mail in your rebate.
