I ordered my phone on 6/8/2010 in Northern California.
It is now 7/16/2010 and no one can tell me when my phone will ship. I have called and emailed numerous times, and no ship date given.
Isn't 5.5 weeks WAY too long to wait? I have tried speaking to supervisors etc, to no avail. I don't know what to do now, they tell me to just wait and someone will email me back maybe today or tomorrow, that they will check the order status.
I am soo disappointed, we are going on vacation and really need the phone.

Hi. I am sorry you have not received your Droid Incredible yet. I will be happy to help you further. I did look into that for you and it seems as if there is still a delay in shipping of that phone due to the high demand. How did you order your phone? Did you do it online, local store, or over the phone? Either way, you should have received an order number. You can go to the "Support" tab at the top of this page and click on "Get Status". You can put in your order number to get the information that we have regarding the order.
When we do ship it, you will be able to see it in the "Get Status" section and we will also email you at the email that we was given when the order was placed. The email will include the tracking number so you can track via FedEx when you ship the order.

After the 10 plus phone calls I have made, the numerous logins, I do know that, but thank you anyway.
sigh.
How many weeks must go by before someone actually does something novel, like call the warehouse to see why my order isn't shipping many weeks after everyone else has their orders?
How many more weeks will you leaving "pending shipment" up on my order screen before someone actually looks into it?
It will be 6 weeks on Tuesday, and I know I won't be getting a shipment this weekend.

Maybe you could direct your questions to Kim in a PM and she might be able to help you. but if you just dismissed me after i offered to answer questions for you i would help you find your phone either.
