Blacberry loses ANOTHER customer... Well, probably.
Coming form the Storm ot the Droid X and I don't see any way to synchronize my Droid with my PC's Outlook Calendar... Uh-oh, lifeline of my teaching activities!
Does anyone know of a way to consistently synchronize Outllook with the X?
Thanks so much!

www.syncdroid.net has a list of sync software available, their prices, and a lot of other information in table form to help you choose what you need. It's good to finally have a place that does this.

Hi,
I have a question for you. I have been unable to get Touchdown to work on my Droid X. My work has upgraded to Exchange 2010 and I think this may be the problem. I download just fine, but when information is input, it will not work. Did you have this problem? I am going to go back to a bb if this doesn't work. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE EXTRA $$$$ and I LOVE my X.
Thanks for any help!

You should download Google Calender Sync. You then link it to your gmail account and calendar syncs up perfectly and is updated either from gmail or outlook including changes to existing appointments. This was a deal stopper for me as well until I found this solution. I don't link to exchange so this was the option for me or finding another third party app to do it. This solution is free.
Now if it would just sync my contacts as well. Oh well.

Another option that I know works: Outlook syncs with Google Calendar & Gmail contacts. So you would always have that option without any additional apps or $$$!

My problem wiht the corporate sync is getting my images from outlook into the native contacts. I tried Touchdown and it worked great but voice commands and Touchdown do not interface.
Is there a way to get contacts to use Touchdown and Voice commnads to search touchdown contacts and keep images intact?
