Export from Outlook as a .CSV file.
Copy to Droid X SD card.
Import into Droid X Contacts app.

Give(Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook)

or you can export contacts from outlook and import into google email...

or just create that .CSV (exported) file and IMPORT it directly into you GOOGLE CONTACTS online. All contacts in Google (My Contacts) get populated to your phone.

Assuming the OP also wants his contacts synched to Google. Many don't (or can't, for legal or other reasons).

i use cox/outlook express keep the phone in sync with backup assistant. i only setup gmail because i had to.
