PDF Files shortcut

I have several Adobe .pdf files on my Motorola Droid X.  I'd like to know if it is possible to add a direct shortcut to the file onto my main screen?  I have Astro File Manager but don't see a way to do it through there.

Simple to do ...  use a FILE Manager to find the PDF ...  then just Press & Hold on the PDF file .. you will have an option pop-up that includes an item called "short cut" ... it will generate a shortcut on which ever your current screen is set to.

I've used the file manager that comes witht he Droid X and Astro File manager and neither has short cut as an option...any other solution? Different file manager maybe?

After further review and playing around with the Droid X, I find that the original answer worked just fine!  Thanks!
