Calls people and texts people on its own, touch screen is trash!

I dont see why I cant get another phone since this phone is garbage and everyone who has had one knows it! WHat else can i do! Im cancelling my account VERIZON HONESTLY IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU WHAT SO EVER even if youve been a customer for years they dont care, you pay insurance it doesnt matter, THEIR PRODUCT SUCKS and your suppose to pay for it? Yeah well they <keep it clean please> it!

I also have had some issues with my Droid2 (touch screen acting up, keyboard spazing out, yadda yadda) but all in all it has been a good phone. I know their customer service is sad sometimes but having good coverage where-ever I go outweighs the bad qwirks!
