PICTURE ATTACHED TO TEXT MESSAGE NOT SENDING

WHEN I TRY TO SEND A TEXT MESSAGE WITH A PICTURE ATTACHMENT IT DOES NOT GET TO THE RECIPIENT. IT JUST COMES BACK TO MY PHONE AS UNSET. I DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM LAST WEEK.

Is there a 3G or 4G symbol in the notification bar?

I would suggest downloading the full user manual available online and reading through it.

One other suggestion. Please don't use all capital letters. It is considered internet yelling.

Let's start the troubleshooting with how much available device memory do you have on the device? If you are getting an error message then please share so we can investigate.
