Having a problem running a movie. I have a copy of the movie The Rocker, and it came with a digital version. I downloaded the file from the DVD per the instructions (wmv format), and then I moved it onto my Droid Charge. When I try to view the movie, I get the message, "Acquiring License..." but it goes nowhere. I can run other videos (downloaded NBC Nightly News, for example) without any problems.
I suspect this might relate to a Digital Rights Management (DRM) issue, but as I own the DVD and digital copy, I should be able to work through that somehow to make it run.
This is the second time I encountered this (again, another movie I own, exact same results).
Any suggestions for me? Thanks.
Should have selected the Mp4 version because Android doesnt support WMV files.... http://developer.android.com/guide/appendix/media-formats.html
