Paying bill without access to phone?

I can't seem to find a number to contact on here without first signing in with my account. I don't remember my password, and I can only get sent a new password via my phone, which is currently not working. I need to speak with a live person over the phone to handle my bill, change my plan, and discuss the issues with my device.
