My Droid 2 Global has been periodically not letting me hear anyone when I make phone calls or receive a phone call. This does not happen all the time, but it does happen enough to the point where it is becoming annoying. I restart my phone and the sound works again, but I feel like I shouldn't have to do that just to make sure my phone call will work. Does anyone know a solution to this?
Hi vball4life614! I just responded to your other post about text messaging. I agree that you shouldn't have to restart the phone all the time to get it working. I suggest booting your phone into safe mode http://goo.gl/pX5QO for awhile to see if this issue continues. If it doesn't, a third party app may be causing the issue. Try removing recently installed applications. If no change in safe mode, I suggest completing a factory reset for this issue as well as the text messaging issue. http://goo.gl/QdNv0
