This morning when I dial my phone there is no sound from the buttons as I dial. I checked settings - sound - audible touchtones and the box is checked. what else may I be missing?
Your keypad will not play the sounds if you were/are in vibrate or silent modes. If this was your case, this would be why you didn't hear anything.
