Hey all,
I just downloaded and installed the Gingerbread update and now my phone just keeps rebooting. It'll show the home screen and within about 5-10 seconds it will reboot. It does this constantly.
Any ideas what I can do to correct this?

Do a battery pull reset. If it still gives you problems pull your SD Card and try to boot with it left out.
If neither of those helps you likely have an app causing issues with the O/S, in which case you'd need to do a Hard Reset.

Hard reset while phone off
1. Turn the phone off if it is on.
2. Hold the Power and Homebuttons down for about 5 seconds.
3. A screen with an exclamation will appear. Tap the Search key.
4. Scroll down to factory reset using the Volume Down button.
5. Confirm the selection.
6. Select Yes — delete all user data then tap OK.
The Droid X will then complete the hard reset.
Hard reset after device boots to Android OS:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select Privacy.
3. Select Factory data reset.
4. Tap the Reset phone button.
5. Tap the Erase everything button to confirm the hard reset.

@crb - actually, it is changed in GB :
To get to a Hard Factory reset using the Power up method:
1. Power Off phone
2. Press & Hold the HOME Button
3. Press and Hold the Power ON button.
You come up to the Triangle with the Exclamation mark & android guy.
Press BOTH the Up and Down Buttons at the same time. This brings up the Blue menu of options.
You use the Up/Down arrows to scroll thru the choices. Press the POWER Button to Select the menu item you choose.
