When talking to Florida number only one person can be talking at a time - not as in full duplex. Whenever I start to talk the receive conversation is cut off for a second or two. Very annoying and very old technology.
Call Verizon tech support. Let them trouble shoot it or open a ticket.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
