I got my new Droid 2 Global 2.4.3? Correct me if im wrong, update. After it installed, it rebooted, and then went straight to this black screen that says
DO.11
Err: A5, 69 ,4E ,00 ,23
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable
Ive tried to connect my usb cable, doesnt do anything, just says that it is plugged in. I also tried to do a hard reset and did the reset factory defaults and cache, then I reboot, but it always goes back to the bootloader and I cant get out of it. Ive tried to take out the battery, hard resets, factory restores, nothing works, as it always takes me back to this black menu. I have an extended warranty on it, that covers malfunctions and such, im just wondering if I take this to my local verizon store if they will be able to fix this problem, or if I will have to call up the people who hold my extended warranty and see what they can do for me?
Thanks.

No, just take it back to the Verizon Store. If that was a computer I would say that you might have a virus. Of course, that is a possibility with cell phones as well. However, it sounds like you went into some sort of loop and can't get out of it.
