When receiving a phone call, phone will not ring but will vibrate. I have check all the settings and they look right. Anyone have any ideas. could an app be causing a problem.
Hi, there's a post that I found on the 2nd page of this forum, called Ringer (i think ;-)) that offers a few solutions. One is a reset, checkign the silence mode and another was taking it to the Verizon Store. You may want to read it over and see what works for you. My cousin also hadinstalled an app that kills the ringer when you have an event in your calendar, unfortunately I don't recall the name of the app but you may want to take a look at that as well. Hope you find a solution soon, I go crazy when I don't get my notifications.
