Phone frozen after charging overnight

I've had the phone for over a week now and at least 4 times, I've not been woken by the alarm, only to find the green LED on and the phone frozen. I hit the power button to wake it up (Now that I'm late for work) and the phone reboots itself.  Anyone else having problems like this??

I finally tried the alarm this morning, and I didn't have the problem you're experiencing. Is it still going on, or were you able to find help?

 

However, both Inc 2s in my house froze the first morning we had them, after charging overnight. That was after checking email. Then they both lagged really bad. So I'm using K-9 Mail instead, and no problems so far.

Hello Goshen54,

 

Are you using the alarm that's on the device or a downloaded alarm app? This have been known to happen with downloaded apps. Also, it might be another app on the phone that's causing the issue. If you found a resolution as of yet, I would recommend a factory reset & try the alarm before reinstalling any apps on the device. Please reply back on the post with your findings so we can assist further, if need be.
