Thank you in advance for all of your help.
I recently had to get replacement phone for a few problems that i was having with my Charge. When i got the new one i have noticed that the phone has not been in 4G since the replacement. Has anyone had any problems of the sort? I would really appreciate any and all help because i do not want to have a phone that i am paying for 4G and not getting the 4G service.
Thanks-D

In your settings--> Wireless & Networks --> Mobile Networks --> Network Mode - is LTE/CDMA selected, or just CDMA?

Are you in an area that is supposed to have the 4G LTE network available? It wasn't clear in your original post.

what is your kernel version? look under "about phone" in "settings".
should end with FP1. if not, then you don't have the latest software.

Hello dkleid! It’s important to be able to obtain a 4G connection on your 4G device! After ensuring the network mode http://bit.ly/zLiEFX is set to LTE/CDMA, please remove & reinsert your SIM card http://bit.ly/KpmqmR Let me know how that works out for you.
