My phone wont let me pick up calls anymore. It shows them, but when I click on the answer button to swipe it, it doesnt register that I'm even touching the screen. I can't press the back, home or any other buttons either. The touch screen still works. I can still play games, swipe between screens and unlock the phone with a swipe. It just wont let me pick up calls
Try to do a battery pull. Remove the battery from your device, wait about 30 seconds then insert the battery back into your device and power it up. Also, make sure you have the latest software version available for your device. The latest software available for the Motorola Droid is version: AP: ESE81/BP: C_01.3E.03P.
