My phone was showing that my Market was no longer on my phone and was uninstalled, so I restarted the phone and that fixed the problem. However, when my phone started back up my wallpaper was changed and when I went to change it back to one of the HTC Wallpapers it told me my phone storage was full. I looked in my SD and phone storage and neither of them are full. I am really frustrated with why it won't let me change my wallpaper back. Please help me!!!

I'm sure this is frustrating. I checked other resources and did not find anything related to the concern you have. I recommend putting the phone into safe mode and seeing if, then, you can change the wallpaper. That will let you know if this memory error is related to an application on the phone.
Please advise the results from safe mode so I and the other members can help further if necessary!
