Phone suddenly stopped working

A couple days ago my phone just started to go black, the blinking green light still works and I get texts but the display just won't show. I checked the back of the phone and there is no water damage. The phone just won't work. it is still under warranty how can I get a replacement?

You can either take it in to a store, or call customer support.

@efinc1

I know it's important to have a working phone and to be able to see who is calling and texting you!  I'd love to help.

Have you tried removing and reinserting the device battery http://vz.to/15fVIWi?  If that doesn't restore the display, I highly recommend hard resetting the device http://vz.to/13KH1P9, following the alternate reset method.  Given the screen is still black after resetting the device, we can look into replacement options.  As long as there are no physical or liquid damages and it's still in warranty, we can replace it with a certified like-new replacement http://vz.to/12bAZCT.  Just follow me, then send me a direct message including your name and contact number so I can further assist.  Thanks!

it's much easier for others to follow you if you include your full username in your signiature.
