Phone suddenly stopped working

A couple days ago my phone just started to go black, the blinking green light still works and I get texts but the display just won't show. I checked the back of the phone and there is no water damage. The phone just won't work. it is still under warranty how can I get a replacement?

Have you tried removing and reinserting the device battery http://vz.to/15fVIWi? If that doesn't restore the display, I highly recommend hard resetting the device http://vz.to/13KH1P9, following the alternate reset method. Given the screen is still black after resetting the device, we can look into replacement options. As long as there are no physical or liquid damages and it's still in warranty, we can replace it with a certified like-new replacement http://vz.to/12bAZCT.
