Turn it off again, and it will stay off. This is widely reported on these forums, and that is the solution.

@Wildman - FYI, I did the WIPE CACHE ...  does NOT fix the issue.

With all due respect Dion, be careful what you ask for ...  this problem that was introduced in GB is WIDELY reported by hundreds (or thousands?) of people.  Moto is very aware of the problem and likely working on a software fix.  A WIPE CACHE or a FACTORY RESET does NOT fix the problem.

And thanks for the head's up, Cody21! I know it's a tough situation, but that's why we're here :smileyhappy:

Agreed.  More of an annoyance right now, but hopefull this new 'feature' will be fixed with the impending fix update.  (crosses fingers).

I've learned just to live with it. No problems with anything else.

The good news is that there is a rumour floating around in other forums that a "fix update" is coming in the next few weeks.  Version .602 has been given to Verizon for their testing before general release.

That doesn't work for me.  Not only does it turn it's self on, it dials the last number that was called.  I tried taking the battery out, as well.
