My phone randomly turns off by itself. Then when I go to turn it back on, a little green figure shows up with an exclamation point. I went to the store earlier and the rep. was able to get it back on. How can I do this myself for the time being?
that is the recovery mode and if that happens again try pressing the volume up and down at the same time and see if you will get a menu list.... Another thing you need to concider, you may want to check apps for a uncompatible one because if the device is powering off on its own and then entering the recovery mode there is a chance you have something causing the system to crash and apps is usually the issue..
