I called Verizon at down town, they want to charge me $ 10 and I just switch my service from Sprint to them, what a bad decision of my part and bad service to encounter. Does anyone know a way to sync my old phone book to my new phone, thank you.

I don't even think they could sync the contact info for $10. The Bali is Boost Mobile's knockoff of the Razr, with that said I think you are limited to reading from one device and typing it in on the new phone.
With the vast difference in technologies there, not to mention different carriers, you might as well be trying to sync your contacts to your phone from a piece of paper. If the Bali has bluetooth file and contact transfer support you may be able to transfer them one at a time that way.
