I'm eligable to upgrade on August 1st. Can I pre order the droid x to recieve it on August 1st and still pay the price that comes with the 2 year contract?
Verizon was not taking ANY pre orders for the X as of yesterday when it went on sale. People were camped out overnight to get the X for the early opening of the store.
I returned the Incredible, which I loved, just to get a larger screen on the X.....HUGE MISTAKE!
The X doesn't remotely compare to the Incredible....it's a horrible phone with many major issues.

Yes, if you're new every 2 is due August 1st you can order the phone today and get the 2year price if your contract ENDS on or before Dec 31st 2010. You will have to place your order by phone or in Corp store though to take advantage of the early upgrade.
