Preinstalled Applications & Error messages

Hello,

The browser and voicemail shortcuts on my main screen are now saying "application not installed" when I try to open them.  In my main application screen, they are gone.  I tried turning my phone off and turning it back on and now, my short cuts are completely gone. 

Also, when I try to open my facebook application, it says, "the application facebook (process com.facebook.katana) has stopped unexpectedly.  Please try again." 

Any suggestions on what I can do to remedy these problems?

This seem to be a consistant issue after update for apps that was moved to the sd card, usually the easies fix is to backup personal data and hard reset.
