I'm having problems playing vides on my Charge.
I have to reset my phone in order to watch the video.
I normally receive the error "Sorry, this video cannot be played"
any fixes for this?

Hello rpOU,
I know watching videos is a neat feature. If you are still experiencing this problem I would like to ask a few questions to assist. Are there certain videos that you can or can not watch. Are you able to watch videos that you record yourself? Do you have a twitter application on your device? If so try removing that application power cycle your device and retest the video. Please let me know the above information so I may further assist. Thank you.

rpOU,
You got me to go get a mini HDMI cable so I could test whether my Charge would play videos on the TV. Actually the other reason was that just today FRY's Electronics had a sale for a 6' mini HDMI cable for 99 cents. Can't beat that!
Lucky for me it does show fine on our TV and the sound works too. You can also show photos that are in the phone on the TV.
To do this I took a video with the phone itself and it worked great on the TV. I did notice that it was an MP4 video format. Did the video you used have an .MP4 format/extent? I also tried a .MOV (apple I think) video and it would not even play on the Charge phone. I don't know what extents (formats) will play on the charge phone. Does anyone on this forum know???
