Okay, Fixed.. Some what. I have an App called TasKiller. Now whenever i kill all, it would disable the Caller Id Ring. So what i did was i restarted the phone, called and it did the Caller Id Ring perfectly. So i killed all apps called from my house phone, and what do you know.. Caller ID ring don't work. So i pulled the battery restarted my phone again, so i ignored all the apps hit kill all, called from my housephone and now it still don't work when all is ignored and killed. Doesn't make sence?? so now i have to limit when i kill all becuase it will kill my Caller Id ring.
Another problem
Some times when i shut my phone down and turn it back on, the touch key lock says please wait 30 seconds when i never even tried to enter in the code. So any problems with anyone else. Any help?

Get rid of the task killer, they cause nothing but problems & are totally unnessariy in an Android system.

I tried both the free TKs & a paid one & after extensive use & reading a bunch of tech stuff decided they caused more problems than they are worth.
Coming from a Windows phone (highly modified TouchPro 2) , I was always obsessive about closing apps, shutting down running processes etc. That habit is hard to break, but Android runs just fine with many apps idling in the BG & TKs cause things like annoying unexpected reboots etc.
I will post a link to a super technical article on this if you're interested.
