Problems with alarm clock

Is anyone having problems with their alarm clock not working properly.  The alarm goes off  - but I have no volume...hence its a silent alarm.  My media volume is up high, my ringer volume is up high.  The alarm was working fine for the past 9 months, now it just stopped working properly.  HELP!

Pick a sound, song, etc. for the alarm and make sure it is not the default one.
